Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made via our online store and complies with UK consumer protection laws.

Fresh Produce (Perishable Goods)

We’re committed to delivering the freshest fruits and vegetables. Due to their perishable nature, the following terms apply:

No Returns for Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers do not have a legal right to return perishable items (such as fresh fruits and vegetables) if they simply change their mind.

Refunds or Replacements for Faulty/Damaged Goods

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your fresh goods arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Spoiled
  • Incorrect
  • Not as described

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos showing the issue

We may ask you to return the item or dispose of it, depending on the situation (at no cost to you).

Non-Perishable Goods (Other Items)

For all non-perishable goods, our standard return policy applies.

14-Day Return Window

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

 Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Does not arrive, or
  • Arrives late and the goods are unusable (e.g. perishables spoiled)

Please contact us immediately. We will investigate and offer a suitable solution, including a refund or replacement if applicable.
